Police battery arrest will work out

NHL star Sean Avery has insisted that he is in "good" spirits following his arrest on a police battery charge last week.
The New York Rangers left wing was involved in a scuffle with a police officer on Friday, when authorities arrived at his Compaq Evo N610C Battery Hollywood home to respond to a noise complaint.
Avery was later freed from lenovo L08S3B21 battery custody after posting a $20,000 bail fee.
He has now said that he is hopeful the case will be resolved soon, telling the New York Post: "I'm all right, I'm good… It'll all work out at some point."
If convicted, Avery could face a $1,000 (£611) fine and six months behind bars.
The hockey star has been LENOVO IdeaPad S10 battery ordered to appear at a court hearing on September 2.
A spokesperson for the New York Rangers said the team's management plan to "discuss this matter with Sean", but declined to comment further.
